How To Add A New Team Member

To Add a new team member, anyone with the right access to add a team member can, by following these steps;

  • Click on Settings , select Team

  • Click on the Add Team Member button. ( on the righthand-side of the Team's Page) This opens up a drawer with required fields to update before a team member is created, which includes;



  • First name and Last name: This is the first name and the last name of the team member. This name will appear on receipts and audit trail.

  • Phone number: The phone number of the team member

  • Email address: This is the email address of the team member

  • Assigned Location: This is where the team member is assigned location(s). To achieve this;

  • Click on this field, this drops down a list of all the restaurant locations created at the backend. 

  • Select location(s) assigned to the team member from the option listed. 


             Conclude by clicking on " Save Item"
