How to Update Your Details on the Point-of-sale (POS)

Follow these steps to update your name, phone number or email address on the point-of-sale:

Step 1: Log in to the POS terminal using your unique pin

Step 2: Click on the icon on the top left of your screen, it will open a drawer.

Step 3: Click on the icon that displays your initials

Step 4: Click on the edit Icon beside your name, it will open a field that contains your details.

Step 5: Confirm your details are correct and update any incorrect detail. Click Save.

Step 6: An OTP will be sent to you if you made any edits to your phone. Type in the 4 digit number and Click "Complete".

Your details have been successfully updated.
