How to Request Wallet Withdrawal

You can request for withdrawal if;

  • Your customers make payments online.
  • You have a positive wallet balance.
  • Your restaurant uses Orda's Payment.
  • You have access to the wallet.



Follow these steps to make a withdrawal

  1. Go to the ORDA backend
  2. Click on the "Wallet" icon
  3. Click on "Withdrawal at the top right of the screen



  4. Fill out the form , (Note: The fields are required )

  5. Click on Request Withdrawal The withdrawal request has been made at this point. You will notice the amount you requested has been deducted from the wallet balance. 
    You can click on the withdrawal code to see more information.

    You cannot make another request until the previous request has been approved. Your account will be credited within 24 working hours.
