What is Tipping

Tipping  is the act of giving an amount of money to someone who has provided a service , on Orda , your clerks can now get tips 

Things To note 

  1. Mobile number  for clerk must be  valid as the account where monies will be sent to will be tied to the phone number 
  2. Clerks will be required to open a Paga account for the receipts of funds 
  3. Tipping only works when you  settle a bill using " Pay with Card"
  4. Tipping can be customized  

How Clerks gets the TIPs 

Select the "Pay with Card" ,  


Follow the prompts , After  inputting  card holder's PIN , the below image shows and customer indicates the amount they wish to give as tips 



The attached  video will help show how tipping works in settling a bill 


Note- When the Tips balance shows 0.00, this indicates clerk has been credited . upon crediting the , narration will read wallet credited
