How to Confirm Send To Kitchen Connection on Orda Prime

There are instances where sending to kitchen may not be successful. Confirming your Bluetooth connection will help address this .

Please follow these steps 

Go to settings

Select Printers ( Select the printer settings already existing , click on the pen icon to make adjustments)  




Check to see that all categories are selected. If not, please select all




Then save printer
