How to send SMS broadcast to customers

What is the CRM feature on Orda?

The CRM is where  all customers information are stored . With the help of CRM, you can constantly keep track of your customers and communicate with them.

CRM also helps you send messages to customers.

How to access the CRM.

  • Sign in to the Orda backend

  • Click on the icon below.


The following information is contained in the CRM 

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email      

  •  Phone Number

  • Total Order - The total number of orders each customer has made.

  • Favorite Dish - The most ordered item

  • Favorite Dish Frequency - The number of times a customer ordered the “Favorite Dish”

  • Subtotal - The total amount spent per customer (excluding charges)

  • First Order Date - The first time each customer ordered

  • Last Order Date - The last time each customer ordered

How to send messages to customers 

Click on “Send Message” at the top right of the CRM page,

You will be required to fill the form below

  • Select the target group of your choice from the dropdown

  • Select the message channel (Email, SMS). Note: The customer’s email may not be available as it was not required during registration.

  • Fill the Headline (topic)

  • Fill the Message 

  • Click “Send Message


Only customers on the CRM will receive the message after these actions have been completed.
