Managing Multiple Location Orders
What is Multi-Location Feature
This feature allows you to manage orders from multiple locations on a single screen. The order management screen has a multi-select dropdown listing the restaurant locations.
Managing Multiple Location
To manage multiple location orders on a single screen, anyone with access to order management should follow these steps;
- Click on the dropdown, this would show a list of all locations you have access to.
Select the location(s) to manage by clicking the checkbox.
Click on ‘APPLY’.
The page reloads to show all the transactions for the selected locations in a single interface. The locations selected are shown at the top of the page beside the restaurant name.
The "Edit Button" opens up the location dropdown again. This allows you to change the locations to be managed.
The location of each order would be written on each order card on the “location” label.
