How to Create WebPos Orders
What is the WebPOS
WebPOS is used to create orders on behalf of your customers. These can be WhatsApp or call-in orders. Creating orders here allows the customer to follow the order progress through the text they receive at the different stages of the order progress.
Steps to Create Order On the WebPOS
- Click on “Create Order” on the top right of the Orda backend.
- Click on each item to add it to cart
- Use the search to access items faster
- To proceed, click on “Next” at the bottom right of the page

WebPos requires the customer’s information. Fill in the necessary information and click “Save Details” to proceed. If the customer’s information is in the CRM, input the customer's phone number " Check Number" and the customer’s name will be displayed
- Select the customer’s fulfillment (Delivery, Pickup, Dine-in).
- Select the customer’s payment method. This means how the customers have agreed to pay.
- You can add customer’s notes in the “Notes” column provided.
Click on “Apply Coupon” to create or apply an available Discount
Click “Clear Cart” to clear the entire cart.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

When the order is completed, it comes in as a new order.
