Understanding the Dashboard



The dashboard shows the summarized order information and can be filtered based on t your preference.




  • Total Sales: This displays the total sales made within the selected time period.

  • Average Order Value: This displays the average amount spent each time a customer places an order within the selected time period.

  • Top Business Day: This displays the day of the week with the most sales within the selected time period.

  • Top Meal Time: This displays the time of the day when most orders are placed within the selected time period.

Total Orders: This displays the total number of orders placed within the selected time period.

  • New: This displays the percentage of New orders available within the selected time period.

  • Processing: This displays the percentage of orders that are yet to be completed.

  • Completed: This displays the percentage of completed orders available on the completed order status.

  • Orders: This displays order statuses in a graphical pie chart, it uses colors to distinguish various order status.


  • Declined: This displays the number of declined orders within the selected time period.

  • Failed: This displays the number of failed orders within the selected time period.

  • Top failure reasons: This displays in a tabular form the top reason for declined and canceled orders

  • Payment Methods: This displays in a tabular form the payment methods, total amount paid using a particular payment option and the number of orders that was placed with a payment method

  • Sales Channel - Total Amount: This displays in a tabular form the sales channel, total amount generated per sales channel and the number of each sales channel

  • Top Selling Items: This displays the top 10 menu items with the most sales, count for per menu item and the amount generated for each item
