Ways To Filters Your Orders
What it Means to Filter Orders
Filtering Orders enables you view orders by Channels, Newest to Oldest and Searching.
There are 3 ways you can filter.
By Channel
By Sorting
By Searching
Filter by Channel
This filter allows you to specify different types of order channel that would be displayed on your order management screen. Order channels includes ( Microsite, WebPos, etc ) It allows you to either select a particular sales channel or select the option for “All” which would display orders from all sales channels.
Filters By Date
This filter allows you to specify how orders should be arranged on the order management screen. Orders can be sorted by Newest Orders to the Oldest Orders or vice versa in a chronological order by selecting the dropdown option of either “Newest to Oldest” or “Oldest to Newest”.
Filter by Search Field
You can search for orders using the identification number . This is unique for every order coming from all sales channels. An order can be searched for by entering the search field with the Order number, after the number has been entered, the order with the identification number updated would be displayed.
