How to Update store items

Updating stores items involves adding new product quantity  to store. Follow these steps 
  1. Click on the inventory icon,



  2. Select Stores  ( Where Multiple Inventory store Exist ) 





  3. Clicking on an ingredient Name (eg Groundnut Oil) opens up a drawer where you can see the details of the ingredients such as Item name, Actual quantity, Inventory date, Item category.


  4. Clicking on Add Batch Item and fill these fields

    • Brand: Clicking on this would pull out existing brands that you can select from  but you also have the option to create a new brand and add to this field as well.

    • Quantity: Add the numerical batch quantity

    • Price: Add the cost of the batch

    • Expiry Date: Select the date the batch is set to expire





  5. Clicking on the Add Batch button adds the new batch quantity to inventory. A New batch added automatically creates a different batch ID for the newly added item, specifying its details as follows.
