How to See Ordered Items from Customers

To see the items ordered by customer, click on the order number and a sidebar will appear.




What are the Items on an Order

From the sidebar above , you will be able to see the following information about the order;

  • Quantity of each item ordered

  • Name of the item

  • Total amount per item

  • The subtotal: the summation of items ordered.

  • Delivery charge (if any)

  • Additional Charges: These are the charges you want customers to pay when they order

  • Customer Details: The Customer Name, Customer Email, Ordered (date and time order was placed), Payment Method (how the customer paid or would like to pay, Delivery Method, Pickup/Delivery Address, Telephone (Customer’s phone number). The information displayed in this category might be different for third parties. 

  • Clerk Details: The clerk that processed the order or created the order . The Clerk Name, Clerk Email, Clerk Telephone.
