How to perform Inventory Count
Inventory Count
Inventory count allows you to check your inventory and input the quantity obtained from your check, helping you keep track of your inventory and know when there is a loss in inventory items.
There are two types of inventory check available on the Count feature
- Inventory check on Ingredients
- Inventory check on Subrecipes.
Inventory Check on Ingredient: click on CHECK INVENTORY button, this would open up a page showing the list of available ingredients in store, which includes;
Name: What the ingredients are called
Category: The name of the categories of each ingredients
Expected Quantity: The quantity of the inventory item the system calculates
Measurement: Unit of measurement for each ingredient
Count date: The date the ingredient was added to stores
Quantity: This is where you are expected to input the quantity based on your check.

Once this is saved, it automatically redirects you to the Count page, where you can see the date of your last count and the person who counted. Clicking on the dropdown symbol, opens a row where you see the details of the item you counted.
Inventory Check on Sub Recipe: click on the CHECK INVENTORY button and then click on the subrecipe tab, this would open up a listing screen that shows all the subrecipes available in stores which includes;
Name: What the subrecipe is called
Category: Name of the categories of each sub recipe
Expected quantity: The quantity of the subrecipe the system calculates
Measurement: The unit of measurement for each sub recipe
Count Date: The date the subrecipe was added to stores
Quantity: This is where you are expected to input the quantity based on your check.
