How to Perform Manual Syncing of Orders

How to Perform Manual Syncing of Orders

The below shows transaction that are yet to be synced to the backend.  This will affect the sale figures for the day if syncing is not completed.


Follow these steps to manually sync orders 

  1. From the main menu page, click on Transactions 



  2. Filter for date
  3. Select SETTLED receipt status 
  4. Click on “show transactions
  5. Click on sync transactions.
Note - Syncing requires a stable and strong internet connection
