Understanding the Various Status Of Orders

Below gives you a better understanding of the order processes flow , each order status is explained.

Active Orders: Active order displays all orders still in progress.




New Orders: These are orders that have not been attended to, You can either “Decline” or “Accept”. “Accept”, moves orders to the “In progress”  status, “Decline” moves order to “Cancelled”.








In Progress: These are orders that are being processed (meal is being prepared).
Clicking “Cancel” moves order to “Canceled” status. or “Ready”









Cancelled: The Canceled status displays all cancelled orders. The reason for cancellation is displayed at the top right of each order information.




Declined: The declined status displays all declined orders. The reason for declination is displayed at the top right of each order information.







Ready: Orders in the “In Progress” status are marked as “Ready”
Pickup orders have the “Pickup” option, while Dine-In orders have the “Serve” option. When you click on either, the order moves to “Completed”.






Shipped: The “Shipped” status only displays delivery orders that have been shipped.





Completed: The “Completed” status displays all successful orders.
