How to Print Receipts from the ‘Order Management’ Screen
How to Print Receipts from Web
Ensure the device is connected to a thermal printer (this is for Windows, Mac and Linux systems).
Click on “Print Receipt” and you will get a hard copy of the receipt.
Note: If the text doesn’t display correctly, adjust the scale as required.
How to Print from Mobile
Ensure the device is connected to a Bluetooth printer.
Install and set up “Bluetooth Print” from Playstore.
Click on view receipt on an android device, the receipt is automatically downloaded.
Open the downloaded receipt and share it to Bluetooth Print.
Select “Always” so the subsequent shares are automated.
This previous process will open the receipt on the Bluetooth Print app.
Click on the print icon, you will get the hard copy of the receipt.
