Voiding a receipt means you want to completely delete a particular receipt, it requires access rights to perform. there are 2 instances where you can void the receipt. when you use table management and when you do not use table management
Follow these steps if you use table management
1. Tap on the table you want to void
2. Click on Actions at the top of the page
3. Click on void
If you do not use table management follow these steps
1. Tap on the menu icon at the top left part of the screen
2. Click on receipts
3 Tap on the receipt you want to void
4 Click on the three-dotted icon on the top right corner of the screen
5 Click on void
As mentioned earlier voiding is you deleting a receipt, but if it is actually to remove a particular product from the receipt you want to do, then this is called editing a receipt. and can be done using the steps below. With table management and without table management
With table management
1. Tap on the table you want to edit
2. Click on Actions at the top of the page
3. Click on edit
4 Click on the show receipt button at the bottom of the page
5. Click on minus to remove the product you want to remove.
6. Click on save
Without table management
1. Tap on the menu icon at the top left part of the screen
2. Click on receipts
3. Tap on the receipt you want to edit
4. Click on the three-dotted icon on the top right corner of the screen
5. Click on edit receipt
6. Click on minus to remove the product you want to remove
7. Save the receipt.
